In the middle of that personal and professional intersection, something shifted.

Through my church community, I was introduced to a divorce care program called Oasis. It became both a lifeline and a turning point — a place where healing, clarity, and self-discovery began to take shape. What started as support for me eventually became a calling. I went on to serve as a leader in the program, supporting more than 150 men and women as they navigated divorce, major life changes, and career transitions.

That experience shaped my “why.”

Today, I help women find their footing during uncertain seasons — personally and professionally. I combine compassionate coaching with practical career strategy, offering real-world guidance on resumes, interviewing, networking, mock interviews, salary negotiations, and navigating career change with confidence. This isn’t theory; it’s informed by years inside the hiring process.

My work is about helping you regain clarity, rebuild confidence, and move forward with intention — with a plan that reflects who you are now and where you want to go next.

My Story…

I grew up in South Florida near Fort Lauderdale, but I’ve called the Atlanta area home for more than 35 years. I’ve fallen in love with the South — the weather, the landscape, and most of all, the people.

Like many women I work with, my life hasn’t followed a straight line. I married young and became a mom to two incredible sons at 26 and 31. Over time, I navigated divorce, single parenting, and eventually remarriage. My second marriage brought its own challenges, including the realities of blended family life and mental health struggles. After ten years, I found myself facing a second divorce.

At the same time, I was building a career as a Recruiter and Talent Acquisition professional, working closely with hiring managers, leaders, and candidates across industries. I saw firsthand how deeply life transitions — divorce, caregiving, burnout, loss of confidence — impact careers. And I also gained a behind-the-scenes understanding of what actually gets people hired: how resumes are read, how interviews are evaluated, how networking really works, and how salary decisions are made.
